CEO & Founder
As a mom of four children, I started Encompass Education out of a desire to help equip all children to achieve their full potential. No two children are the same and each possess different qualities and abilities to learn. By taking out the standardization and "cookie-cutter" mold in traditional educational programs, I can allow children to succeed in what their strengths are while nurturing the remaining areas with extra help and creative ways to reach understanding. My goal is to instill confidence in students to know that they can become anything they want in life and overcome obstacles that appear to stand in the way.
John C. Oliver
CFO & Administrative Professional
I am married to my best friend and have two wonderful children who keep my life full and interesting! I studied IT at Liberty University and specialize in Finance and Business Administration. My goal is to provide the best quality education and life for my children and share what I have learned through my life experiences with those entrusted to my care.
Early Education Teacher
My life revolves around my family, my husband and two beautiful children. Through years of experience in Early Childhood Education, I have developed a love for teaching children to read and write. Books can open a whole new world of adventure for a child and help them to grow creatively and intellectually. I love all aspects of art and being able to express myself through art. My goal is to challenge the children I teach to love reading and be able to develop an ability to see beyond the cover!
Special Needs & Early Childhood Educ
I have many years of experience working with children of all ages, but especially the younger elementary school age children. I have been an integral part in the Head Start program with several early childhood facilities. My love for children was the driving force behind my initiative to start the Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Kinship program in Georgia. While working with these programs, I have gained the experience and ability to design and implement specialized learning tools for special needs students including but not limited to Autism, ADHD, and Dyslexia.
